Sex Workers have a right to be protected by the law
Sex Workers are entitled to the same protections and constitutional safeguards as everybody else. However, our laws, ended up criminalising sex work either directly or through criminalising other aspects of it.
Criminalisation of sex work, directly or indirectly, leads to violation of sex workers' rights. Due to the societal stigma attached to criminalisation, they, their children and families often face stigma, discrimination and violence.
