CREA develops publications and knowledge resources, in English and Hindi, in the fields of sexuality, reproductive health, gender, and human rights. These publications foreground global South perspectives and reduce the paucity of resources for Hindi-speaking activists and organisations.
All these resources and materials are made available here on the website, and are mailed out to the organisations and activists that CREA works with and disseminated through various other channels.

An Analysis by the Women Gaining Ground Consortium
Established in 2015 by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, One Stop Crisis Centres (OSCCs), or *Sakhi* Centres, provide integrated, survivor-centred support to women affected by gender-based violence, including medical, legal, psychosocial, police, and shelter services.
In 2024, CREA and partners from the Women Gaining Ground Consortium (WGG) conducted a study across selected districts in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal to assess the functionality, accessibility, and responsiveness of OSCCs. Focusing particularly on women with disabilities and other structurally excluded groups, the study identifies key strengths, implementation gaps, and challenges in interdepartmental coordination. The findings offer evidence-based recommendations to strengthen accessibility, service delivery, and accountability in gender-based violence response systems.
