CREA has won The Times of India's Social Impact Honor for Leadership in Advancing Gender Equality at the Times Social Impact Summit 2025.
CREA is proud to be a leader of the Generation Equality Action Coalition on Feminist Movements and Leadership, and in that role and beyond, to advocate for strong and sustainable feminist movements and participation and leadership at all levels worldwide.

Letter from Feminist Organisations to Members of the Scottish Parliament
After 16 glorious years at CREA – the last four years as Senior Director, Programs and Innovation – I am transitioning out of the organization, as of 30 November 2022.
While the global community has started to rally around the call that development solutions need to come from the South, the funding to make that a reality has not materialized.
Dr. Smarajit Jana will be remembered for the thousands of lives he touched, and we join in the grief of his passing.
