Consortium Coordinator – Donor Compliance & Partner Support

Namita works closely with the Director – Programs & Innovation to coordinate CREA’s gender justice consortium in Rajasthan, strengthen donor compliance and foster cross-partner collaboration. Namita holds a BA LLB (Hons.) and certifications in International Human Rights Law and Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights.

She brings over 15 years of experience in strategy, research, public health and gender programming. She has worked with organizations such as USAID, the Gates Foundation, WASH Institute, CMS, NASSCOM Foundation, Room to Read, and the Population Council, and has contributed to research at institutes such as JPAL and ICRW. Outside of work, she is passionate about her cats and terrace garden.
