Dipa Nag Chowdhury

Programme Advisor

Dipa works closely with the Organisation Management Team to oversee programme operations at CREA and supervises the Programme Operations team. She supports the development and implementation of annual work plans and budgets.

Dipa is an independent consultant with over three decades of experience in reproductive health and rights and gender. She has held key roles, including Director of Programs at the Population Foundation of India (2019–2022) and Deputy Director at the MacArthur Foundation’s India office. Dipa also serves on the boards of the Centre for Catalyzing Change and the Institute for Health Management Pachod. She holds master’s degrees in Public Administration from Syracuse University and Political Science from Mumbai University.
