Jaisy George

Programme Coordinator – Resources, Impact and Learning

Jaisy works with the Impact & Learning Team to support CREA’s efforts to secure funding and resources for its programmes and initiatives. She assists in fundraising activities, donor relations, grant writing, and other resource development efforts.

Jaisy holds a master’s degree in Social Work with a specialisation in medical and psychiatric social work from the University of Calicut, Kerala. In 2023, she completed a certificate programme in the management of social initiatives from IIM Kozhikode. Jaisy has also worked with NGOs in India and East Africa, where she was responsible for resource mobilisation, donor relations, and reporting and documentation. She is passionate about advocating for the rights of people in low-resource settings and helping ensure their access to basic human rights.
