Senior Coordinator – Impact & Learning

Jannat focuses on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) across programmes and Institutes. She generates and analyses quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic learning and decision-making. She implements organisation-wide results-based management systems and strengthens the technical capacity of CREA and its partners in Feminist MEL methods, incorporating intersectionality, storytelling, partner well-being, power dynamics, and evaluator reflexivity.

A former German Chancellor Research Fellow at the Technical University of Munich, Jannat holds a PhD in Social Work from the Delhi School of Social Work and an MPhil and Master’s from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She has authored peer-reviewed articles, presented at global conferences, and worked with organisations including Pratham Education Foundation, Room to Read, India Vision Foundation, and UNICEF.
