Jyoti Kainthola

Director – People and Culture

Jyoti heads the People and Culture team, overseeing human resources functions such as strategic planning, recruitment, onboarding, organisational development, Performance Management System, payroll, and internal and external communication.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources and is a science graduate from Delhi University. With over a decade of experience in the development sector, Jyoti has worked with international NGOs like The Nature Conservancy, Médecins Sans Frontières, and Project Concern International. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton.
