Soubam Bidyarani
Manager – Programs & Grants
Bidya works closely with the Director – Programs & Innovation, supporting program development and implementation, managing the grant portfolio, and coordinating with partners. She also liaises between internal teams and partners to strengthen coordination, learning and accountability.
Bidya has a Master’s in Social Work and over a decade of experience advancing gender justice with grassroots women-led organizations across India. She leads capacity-building on financial management, leadership, gender and constitutional values, and works on an EU-funded peacebuilding and Sustainable Development Goals localization project in Northeast India. She has worked with organizations such as the National Foundation for India, Azad Foundation and Butterflies Child Rights Organization.
