Surbhi Saxena

Manager – People and Culture

Surbhi works closely with the Director – People and Culture, bringing over 15 years of human resources experience. She has led key organisational processes such as Organisation Development, HR Policy, Competency Mapping, and Learning & Development.

She has previously worked with the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), Delhi Disaster Management Authority, Family Health India, and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Surbhi holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Amity University, along with an MBA and M.Phil. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton and reading research-based articles and studies.
